Our Keditec dye-sublimation printer uses ultra-thin dye-sublimation paper. Thinner digital dye-sublimation paper has ultra-fast ink absorption and drying speed. This ultra-thin paper is important in the printer’s working process. Its rapid ink absorption shortens ink stay time on paper and speeds up printing. The ultra-fast drying avoids bleeding and ensures printing quality.

Keditec, considering the printing needs of small and medium-sized wide formats in the market, has developed new models of eco printers with widths of 1.3m and 1.6m. This new model printer with an attractive appearance has excellent extensibility (it can be transformed into a sublimation model by adding UV curing lamps and printing nozzles) and aesthetic appeal. We have upgraded the alarm light group and touch screen, and optimized the internal structure layout to make your printing convenient and fast.
High speed

High resolution
When it comes to printing, high resolution is very important. The higher the dpi number, the better the print quality a model can produce. High-quality images look beautiful and professional. Automatic nozzle cleaning
The Keditec sublimation printer is equipped with an automatic cleaning and moisturizing system. The nozzle (print head) of the sub-printer can be cleaned to make the printing ink smoother and protect the printer nozzle to extend its service life. THK high-precision silent guide rail
Adopt double THK linear ultra-quiet S-class guide rails to upgrade the magnetic grid ruler. The THK silent linear guide imported from Japan effectively reduces the resistance and noise during the operation of the printer and ensures high precision and stability in printing.
Intelligent air heat dryer
The two-speed heater blows out moderately warm air to dry the polyester fabric while the drum is running. The sub-printer has built-in infrared drying plus an external fan for double drying, and another set of fans at the bottom allows the pattern to dry immediately and more efficiently.
Low ink alert
This high-yield quantum printer is equipped with a low ink alarm system. When the ink runs out to a certain extent, the machine will sound an alarm to alert you to add ink. The system can help provide print abort.
Ink accumulator
Four groups of 200CC large-capacity ink accumulators independently and continuously supply ink to ensure long-term continuity of ink output.
High frequency motor
400-Watt independent servo motor, using frequency conversion technology, makes the sub-printer run flexibly and efficiently.
Nozzle collision avoidance system
The proposed theoretical method can reduce the arch deformation of the matching fabric during the printing process to a certain extent, avoid the improper use of the nozzle, and prolong the service life of the nozzle.
Fluororubber roller
The use of American fluororubber pressing rollers can prevent static electricity and wrinkle fabric from flying ink, making the printing of large shafts and lightweight sublimation paper more accurate.
