Unlike DTG technology, DTF requires no pre-treatment.The most important factor is DTF Powder. DTF powders are specially designed to use with DTF printing process. The powder comes with 1kg/pack. Our DTF powders are slow drying and easy to cold tear. Which will help you get excellent transfer printing results.

When printing complex artworks or trademarks with thin lines, the design details can be accurately reproduced, making the pattern edges smooth and the color transitions natural.

DTF’s advanced ink formulation and color management system can better match color standards such as Pantone, whether it is a bright solid color or a soft gradual change of color, can be well presented.

When the fabric is stretched or bent, the pattern does not break or peel easily. After proper curing treatment, it can still maintain good integrity even after multiple washes.

The similarities: Both DTF and UV DTF printers require the design to be first printed on PET film and then transferred to the item.

Both UV printers and UV DTF printers use UV heating technology and UV ink, which are similar. Therefore, both printers can produce high-quality prints.

UV printers work directly on the surface of an object, which is the difference between them. When printing on an object with an inclined surface, UV printers may not provide sufficient results.
