Embroidery is a traditional technique used on hats that provides excellent details and long-lasting effects. Embroidery presents a high texture, durability, and is not easily faded or peeled off. This technique is suitable for various types of hats, including baseball caps, duckbill caps, golf caps, etc. Embroidery is expensive, but it can add a high-end and professional image to the hat. The drawback is that it cannot embroider complex schemes and patterns, and for detail processing, including special work hats such as night reflective hats with luminous effects.

DTF is printed on hats, and this process is printed on PET film. After shaking powder drying, hot pressing, and transfer to hats, this process is suitable for hats made of various fabrics such as cotton, polyester, and nylon. The advantage of heat transfer printing is that it has a relatively low cost and is suitable for large-scale customization needs. Having more advantages in special plans and entrepreneurship.

Screen printing technology is a modern technique used in traditional fabrics. Compared to dtf printing and hot stamping, its color and pigments limit its use in more fields. We all know that dtf far exceeds screen printing in terms of precision and printing effect. But screen printing is also a relatively simple solution.

Heat transfer printing is the process of transferring design patterns onto a hat through hot pressing. Generally speaking, heat transfer printing includes two printing methods: sublimation transfer and DTF transfer. Sublimation printing is applied to hats, which uses sublimation branches and sublimation ink to transfer the design pattern onto the hat through hot pressing. The pattern remains colorfast or does not peel off for a long time. It can achieve printing of multiple colors and complex patterns, with high pattern accuracy and clarity.

When printing complex artworks or trademarks with thin lines, the design details can be accurately reproduced, making the pattern edges smooth and the color transitions natural.

DTF’s advanced ink formulation and color management system can better match color standards such as Pantone, whether it is a bright solid color or a soft gradual change of color, can be well presented.

When the fabric is stretched or bent, the pattern does not break or peel easily. After proper curing treatment, it can still maintain good integrity even after multiple washes.
