UV LED water cooling tank
UV LED generates a lot of heat during operation, only about 20% -30% of the energy is converted into light energy, and the remaining 70% -80% of the energy is converted into heat energy. The working principle of the water cooling tank is to use the circulating cooling water to remove the heat from the UV LED lamp bead substrate through thermal convection, so as to achieve the cooling effect.
Front and rear collection & discharge system
The retracting and unwinding system of the UV printer is composed of a retracting device (including a retracting shaft and a support structure), a transition roller, and a retracting device (including a retracting shaft and a driving component). When working, the retracting shaft rotates and unwinds, and after the roll is guided by the transition roller, it is rotated and unwound by the retracting shaft to ensure the smooth transportation and collection of the roll during UV printing.
